Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of accommodations provided by CE Stays. By booking a stay with us, you agree to abide by the following terms:

Check-in and Checkout:

• Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m., and checkout time is before 10:00 a.m.
• Late checkout may incur a fee of $50 per 30 minutes after 10:01 a.m.

Occupancy:

• The maximum occupancy is as stated in the property description.
• No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit.

Quiet Hours:

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No music or loud noise is permitted during these hours.

No Smoking:

• Smoking, including vaping and marijuana, is strictly prohibited on the property.
• A $200 fee will be charged for evidence of smoking in the unit.

Property Maintenance:

• We provide onsite maintenance for indoor and outdoor property upkeep, including snow clearing and groundskeeping.

Unit Care:

• Guests are expected to return the unit in a reasonably neat and clean condition.
• Outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the unit.

Amenities:

• Guests are responsible for the proper use of provided amenities.
• Any damages to amenities may result in additional charges.

Liability:

• We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

Termination of Stay:

• We reserve the right to terminate a guest’s stay for violations of these terms and conditions or disruptive behavior.
• No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Legal Compliance:

• Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.
• Any illegal activities on the premises will result in immediate eviction.
