Guests are eligible for full or partial refunds so long as the cancellation is made within 48 hours from booking:
– A full refund is offered for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking AND if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
– A 50% refund is offered for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking AND if the check-in date is between 7-13 days away
– Unfortunately, to protect our clients, we are not able to provide refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in date.
